Nike Move to Zero — Sustainability Strategy Analysis

ECON260

A report on Nike's Move to Zero sustainability initiative for my economics subject. I looked at the climate innovation itself, tied it to SDG 13, and analysed the two economic factors driving it: consumer demand for sustainable products and the business case for resource efficiency. Good exercise in connecting business strategy to broader economic frameworks.

Cradle to Cradle Certification — Sustainable Product Strategy

MARK230

A strategic proposal for achieving Cradle to Cradle Gold certification on a designer reusable water bottle. I worked through all five certification categories: Material Health, Product Circularity, Clean Air and Climate Protection, Water and Soil Stewardship, and Social Fairness. I used Dopper as the reference point and built the proposal around what would actually be required to hit that standard.

Campaign Strategy

Broth Records Campaign Strategy

A full campaign strategy built from scratch for an independent music label. I developed buyer personas, ran a SWOT analysis, applied the PESO model, and mapped content across the funnel from awareness to advocacy. The label offered me an internship off the back of it, which I turned down. Probably the clearest signal yet that this is the kind of work I want to do.

Marketing Principles — Final Report

MARK101

My first proper attempt at turning marketing theory into something real. I ran a situational analysis, worked through segmentation and targeting, and structured it all into a report that made sense beyond the classroom. It set the tone for how I approach strategic work.

Social Media Ad Explainer

A short video breaking down how paid and organic digital advertising actually works, made for an assignment but built to be genuinely useful. I kept it straightforward on purpose, focusing on the thinking behind the strategy rather than just the jargon.
